Kim - Frisco, TX "We found Darren Hiller to be very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He also followed up with us and made us feel important as he really cared for our well-being. Darren did not treat us as just another client. Darren not only provided the hypnotherapy, he studied out our specific needs for future goals and made encouraging CD's for us to listen to at night. We would recommend to anyone considering hypnotherapy to meet with and to discuss aspects of your future goals with Darren." Thanks, Christie - Plano, TX "After reading many books by the world's best-selling authors and self-help gurus, nothing has done as much to reduce my anxiety level and relax me so quickly and painlessly as Darren Hiller's Hypnotherapy." Jason - Dallas, TX Darren has a unique ability to reach into places in the mind that have gone untouched for a very long time. I'm not sure how he does it - if it's his voice, his method, or something as simple as a special gift. But, however he does it, he has the ability to reach into your subconscious and help you to heal yourself. Julie, Dallas "This does work! It's a process - that one day it all just clicks and you realize you are doing better, you are feeling better, and you are better!" Kathy - Dallas, TX |
"Thank you for helping me kick the smoking habit. The reinforcement CD's helped me through a few tough times." Ralph - Carrollton, TX "The tools and techniques worked with what I was trying to accomplish." Will - Dallas, TX "Thanks again for your help, I feel great! You were right about the session helping with my nail picking as well as with the pain medication I have been taking. I have been trying to cut back on my pain medication so when I get to surgery they work better but I was having issues doing it on my own. Since seeing you I have been taking half the amount I was taking and I feel good. I think the smoking habit was linked to more than I thought. I was worried I would have issues with quitting but I am doing great! Last time I quit it was torture watching people smoke now I feel kinda bad for them. Thanks, I guess I just needed a little help." Andrea - Irving, TX "I just want to thank you for providing me a method of getting my stress under control. I had been suffering from daily, chronic hives since last September. This is my fifth battle with chronic hives, and I am convinced they are 100% stress induced. When we first met, my hives were in full force. By the end of our fourth session, my hives were virtually non-existent." Jeff - Plano She is still a non-smoker and is very happy about it. She said her skin is looking much better already. She is listening to your CD and doing the tapping routine when she feels stressed. It seems to be doing the trick. Thanks so much for helping her, I really appreciate it. Amanda, Dallas |
Penny - North Dallas, TX "Hey, just had to let you know that it sticks! I am doing fabulous, my breathing is improved. It’s like every time I think of smoking or “feel the urge”, something which is far less powerful now, I receive a nice warm sense of accomplishment by not doing it. Funny thing, in some ways I am addicted to feeling the accomplishment if that makes sense. You have made a huge impact in my life, in a way that nothing else has, and for that I am most grateful and appreciative. I hope you feel a sense of pride and accomplishment for making that difference for me so that I have a solid chance of seeing my grandchildren. If I can help you in some way I would appreciate the opportunity to do so.... I am a calm, relaxed, non-smoker…in control". Kevin, Dallas "I'm so glad I tried something new with Hypnotherapy. The lessons I learned have so many wonderful applications for my life and relationships. I'm excited about the new me, a new outlook, and continuing to grow in my self-awareness." Rebecca - Dallas "Thank you for helping me kick the smoking habit. The reinforcement CD's helped me through a few tough times." Ralph - Carrollton, TX "The tools and techniques worked with what I was trying to accomplish." Will - Dallas, TX |
Hypnosis Myth #1: | Hypnosis Myth #2: | Hypnosis Myth #3: |
Myth: Are you going to put me under? Under what? Hypnosis is not a spell that I cast on my clients. Going under is a myth, there is no such thing as going under. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of inward focus. | Myth: While in hypnosis you lose control. The opposite is true, you actually gain control. It is a focused state of awareness that allows you to quickly control habits and change behaviors. The Hypnotist cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do. | Myth: You can’t be hypnotized. We all go into a hypnotic-like state many times throughout our day, like when we are daydreaming, driving on the highway, or watching a movie. Hypnosis is simply a natural focused state of awareness. You can be hypnotized as long as you’re open to it and highly motivated to make positive changes. |
Disclaimer: Hypnosis is not talk therapy, and does not include advising, diagnosing or prescribing. That would be the domain of other professionals, usually licensed to counsel. The primary aim of hypnosis itself is self-healing, and self change. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The hypnotist's job is to assist the subject to achieve those natural states of mind where healing and change best happen... Hypnosis cannot, and should not, stand alone as the sole medical or psychological intervention for any disorder. Hypnosis should not be used instead of appropriate medical, dental, or psychological treatment, and any individual with a medical or psychological problem should first consult a qualified health care provider for diagnosis and professional advice. |
