Mental Blocks start off as suppressed feelings which get stronger with resistance and manifest into a Mental Block.

Performance Anxiety to Peak Performance
Pre-game jitters may just be a case of a little nerves, anxiousness, or a much needed shot of adrenaline. For many athletes, pre-game jitters go quickly after they begin to play or compete. If pre game jitters persist they could become stronger and turn into full blown performance anxiety. Like a tidal wave of nervous energy, performance anxiety can be overwhelming for some athletes. Your current mental programming and self talk is contributing to anxiety about playing or performing.

Overcome Yips, Dartitis
Yips is a nervous tension that an athlete experiences when performing a specific activity. The condition is initially a caused by your mind, but over time creates physical, mental, and emotional fatigue, fear and/ or stress. Yips is an irrational fear or phobia. When the brain makes the association of performing a specific activity as threatening, the “fight or flight response” kicks in and causes fear, anxiety, mental anguish, and physical tension. Athletes of many sports can be affected by yips. In Golf, baseball, cricket and tennis this condition may be referred to as yips. In archery it is known as target panic. Dart players call the yips, Dartitis.
